The first bloody shootings happened on June 5, on a busy street where hundreds of people were enjoying a weekend in Philadelphia , Pennsylvania. Philadelphia Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw said at a news conference Sunday the shooting started at roughly 11:31 p.m. Saturday.
